Paris airport shuttle

Has anyone had any good experiences with any of the airport shuttles from cdg? What might a taxi cost into Paris? Merci

A taxi runs roughly 45-55€ with small variances for bags, time of day, etc.

I don%26#39;t think I%26#39;ve read any/many bad things about:

www.parishuttle.com

www.beeshuttle.com

Don%26#39;t forget about the 2 routes via Air France bus (to major trains stations, not to hotels) and Roissybus that goes to the Opera area. (you could take metro or taxi onward to hotel from those dropoff points).

Last September I took a Taxi Parisien

from CDG to the 6th.

2 people, 4 bags in the early afternoon

for E38.50.

Though I don%26#39;t have first-hand experience, the person from the apartment I am renting as well as two other people have all suggested www.parishuttle.com

The key consideration with any hotel shuttle to the airport is how many stops will your van make before it actually goes to the airport?

This is true in any city, anywhere, whether we%26#39;re talking Paris or London, Chicago or San Francisco.

I took a shuttle from near Place St. Michel a couple of years ago, and to my dismay, the shuttle driver had to stop at 5 additional hotels before actually leaving the city to CDG. Even though we had left an hour early to plan for some driving delays, the driver ate up almost all of that time and caused us needless panic about whether we%26#39;d get to the airport on time.

Like gas mileage...experiences may vary. On all but one occasion when we%26#39;ve used airport shuttle services (either Bluvans and Paris Airport Shuttle) we%26#39;ve been the last passengers picked up (on-time or a bit early....and the shuttles had never made more than 2 stops prior to ours) and everyone got to their departure terminals in more than adequate time for check-in and airport security clearance for their outbaond flights.

But then, %26#39;s__tuff%26#39; can ocassionally happen. It once took us a bit over two(2) hours to make the transfer from CDG into our hotel in Paris in a TAXI PARISIEN, which got stuck in traffic between exits on the autoroute (on a HOT, humid, July morning) due to an accident.
