Cooking class

Hi

I would like to learn more how to cook in a nice setting. I am not a pro chef but not a beginner either. Have anybody attended a good cooking class in English that you can recommend me?

I am also interested to know if castles a reluctant to meet with only one person instead of groups?

Perhaps your best bet in Bordeaux are the cooking demonstrations offered at Le Chapon Fin restaurant. They have a well-equipped teaching kitchen on the lower level of the kitchen, and they have also offered hands-on lessons in the regular production kitchen in the afternoons between lunch and dinner services. As for châteaux visits, individuals generally have no more difficulty than groups in getting into properties. Problems tend to arise with groups of over 20 people.
