We are travelling on Sunday to Nice
which is the busstop for hotel Monsigny, is there a regular busservice to Nice on Sunday?

Nice has a kind of city airport. It is only some 4 miles off the city centre. (You can walk from the airport to downtown - and some do. On the right kind of not-too-hot day, it is quite enjoyable although there is no dedicated walking lane in the beginning, only the ordinary street sidewalks.) There are at least two bus lines, #98 and #23, all days of the week. During the night hours, there is no bus service and then there is only taxi. The 98 ticket costs 4€, the 23-one 1.30 and the taxi 20-25 or even more.

There is a searchable city map at www.plan-nice.org
Sorry to say, I am unfamiliar with the hotel you mentioned and I did not find it one the map. Can it be referenced under a slightly different name?

You can take bus **99** to the Gare SNCF or bus 23 to the stop ´Vernier´. I looked up the address at
http://www.viamichelin.co.uk
It seems that your hotel is near the Vernier stop. I suggest to download a map of the Ligne d´Azur network
www.lignedazur.com/plan/index.asp?rub_code=5
You´ll find additional informations at
…aeroport.fr/acces_stationnement_en/bus/defa…
Maybe bus 99 is more convenient with luggage, but you have to walk from the train station to your hotel.
