Intercontinental Hotel or Westin Hotel Paris?

Would someone please give me some advise

on which would be the better choice,

re position,

re Buffet Breakfast which my husband insists

on.

Please read my review regarding the Westin in TripAdvisor. We had an absolute lovely time at that hotel. If you contact Starwood hotels directly (look up the number online for your region), I bet you could negotiate some deal to include breakfast. This hotel isn%26#39;t cheap, but compared to the other local hotels (non big names), for the price, we feel we got a great deal.
