If you%26#39;re looking for high-end designer stores, then the 8eme-Arc de Triomphe-Champs Élysées will be the general neighborhood to look---most probably along the rue du Faubourg-Saint Honoré and Ave. Champs Élysées (roughly parallel) and the side streets running between them. But you can also find designer %26#39;boutiques%26#39; within the large, %26#39;grand magazins%26#39; GALERIE LAFAYETTE and PRINTEMP store complexes up on Blvd Haussmann and within Le BON MARCHE on the Left Bank, at SÈVRES-BABYLONE Metro. There are also designer shop %26#39;branches%26#39; scattered throughout Paris.

If you are a UK resident, I don%26#39;t believe that you qualify for any VAT refund...so when and where you shop (to take advantage of VAT refunds) probably won%26#39;t make much difference.

Start at Rue St Honore around where place vendome is situated .... walk along Rue St Honore - Colette, Galliano, Jewellers ... then onto Rue De Fbg%26#39; St Honore - missoni, roberto cavalli, hermes etc... continue along until Av Matignon then head down %26amp; cross Champs Elysees onto Av Montaigne ... there you have Vuitton, Marni, Prada, chanel, valentino, yves saint laurent etc... then continue to bottom of Av Montaigne %26amp; your at the bottom of Av George V ... head north %26amp; you%26#39;ll pass Jean Paul Gaultier, Balenciaga .... obviously left lots of stores out but you%26#39;ll pass most of them on the above streets ...
