What are opinions about these hotels? We%26#39;re going to Paris in October, and are looking for a pleasant hotel in a quiet area, non-smoking rooms (which are truly non-smoking), and good service. Which would be recommended? Both have good reviews.

We haven%26#39;t been yet, but we%26#39;re booked at Villa d%26#39;Estrees for a week in early June. The only thing I can tell you is that the staff has been exceptionally nice during the booking - answering tons of questions and even trying to help us find Rolling Stones tickets. We can%26#39;t wait to go. I hope you get your answers.

We%26#39;re booked at the Villa d%26#39;Estrées in October; friends of ours (they have an apt. in Paris) checked it out in December and pronounced it excellent. I don%26#39;t know about non-smoking rooms and will have to inquire, as we%26#39;d like one also. Since the hotel is so small, I%26#39;d be somewhat surprised if they have many of those.
