it worth going to dinard if you have an afternoon?

I have an afternoon and am debating whether or not to spend it in dinard or st. malo? any suggestions?

Both are lovely - probably St Malo has a little more to see and do (Intra Muros)

We loved Dinard, and a half day would be perfect to see the beach and take the long walk along the cliffs, with its sections of gardens related to various regions of France.
