How do I get to these entrance from the Ecole militare metro station. Trying to avoid a long wait

If you get off at the Palais Royal/Louvre metro station there will be signs directing you through the shopping ctr to the Louvre entrance.

Can I get to that stop from Ecole mitlitare or do I need to change trains.

You%26#39;d have to change at Concorde station.
Much better is bus #69. Take it anywhere on Rue Saint-Dominique and get off right after you%26#39;ve crossed the Seine, next to Rue de Rivoli and walk under the arcades until you get to the Louvre.

I believe that you will have ot change trains.

Ecole Militaire is a distance from the louvre (check on a map)...You could always walk to the river from Ecole Militaire and then walk up the river til you reach the Louvre. That walk would take about 20 minutes probably.
