EuroDisney in 2 weeks, general questions

Hi, so we are going to Disneyland Paris in 2 weeks, and staying in a self catering apartment, and we will have a car with us.

Do you know if there any supermarkets near (30 min. dirve is ok)???

And what kind of wheather can we expect??

There is a train station outside the park, full of shops.

And it will be freezing! Well it was when I went 4 weeks ago.
