Where to stay

My family (2 adults and 2 teenage children) will be in Paris for 3 nights (April 16 to 19). This is our 1st visit and we want to stay in a central location to see the main sights and do a lot of walking. Our budget is 120 to 150 Euros per night inclusive of all taxes, per room. we will need 2 rooms. Any suggestions are appreciated.
