It%26#39;s my 1st time in Paris and I am considering these two hotels
Which one would be a better hotel? Hotel itself as well as location?

We stay in the Brighton when we go to Paris. Since we keep returning, we obviously like it. The location is nice for its proximity to other things. There%26#39;s a station for the #1 metro line across the street and the Concorde metro station is a few blocks and between the two we%26#39;ve been able to get anyplace we want to go with no more than one transfer.
Within walking distance are the louvre, île de la cité, quartier latin, opêra, champs élysées, etc.
Quite frankly I use the hotel for sleeping and bathing and that%26#39;s it, so I don%26#39;t care too much what the neighborhood is like. We leave the hotel about 0800 and return about midnight. But there is a cafe two doors away where we go for coffee and croissants in the morning. The hotels does have a breakfast room but I would much rather go to a cafe.
